Semi Private Training

Our semi private training option is ideal for people who want to work out in a small group of 2 to 4 people. You will get to form your own group with your friends, family, or colleagues, or join an existing group that matches your preferences. You will get a customized training program that is tailored to your specific goals, needs, and abilities.

Group Training

Our group training option is ideal for people who want to work out in a large group of 6 to 12 people. You will get to join one of our scheduled group sessions that are led by founder and head coach, Tyler Freeman. You will be guided through a fun and effective workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. You will get to experience different types of exercises, such as strength, cardio, circuit, HIIT, and more. You will also get to meet new people who share your fitness goals and interests!

Athlete Training

As a former high level athlete, I want to give athletes the chance at great coaching for an affordable cost. This option is for any athlete looking to take their game to the next level. We will work to fill in the gaps in your training program and prepare you with sport specific exercises. All athletes welcome! Hybrid option available! (Group training location: Los Angeles, CA)

Nutritional Suggestions

  • Although I am not a certified dietitian, I have a lot of knowledge and experience in nutrition. I can provide you with accurate and up-to-date information and guidance on nutrition, and correct any false or misleading claims (Meal plans are available upon request)
