Next Level DB Program

 Are you a DB looking to play at the next level? This program is gonna help you get there! As a former D1 defensive back, I understand the drive to play at the next level. However, I also know how much work is required to get there. This plan seeks to help DBs gain a better grasp of the game and ultimately make more plays on the field! Making plays on defense comes down to Play Recognition, Pursuit, and Effort. In this program, you will receive:

  • 6 week strength program specifically for DBs
  • Press Man Techniques
  • Off Man Coverage Drills
  • Zone Coverage Breakdowns
  • Technique Analysis
  • Workout Template to design your own workouts

How It Works:

Potential athletes are encouraged to complete and submit a movement screening through video; unless we’ve previously worked together. The screening is optional but it does help personalize the program to fit your needs. If you opt out of the screening, a general strength program will be sent to you.
