Are you looking to take your hoop game to the next level?
This is the program that you NEED! Most basketball players I train, haven’t been properly trained through the basic movement patterns. However, they may still be really good athletes. The best players in the NBA are properly trained through the basic movement patterns and it truly sets them apart on the court! This is a 6 week strength program to help to set you apart on the court! And don’t worry, this won’t mess up your shot lol

How It Works:
Potential athletes are encouraged to complete and submit a movement screening through video; unless we’ve previously worked together. The screening allows me to gauge where you’re at in your training and where we should start. The screening is optional but it does help personalize the program to fit your needs.
